All our steaks are sourced exclusively from Dukesmoor,
Using Native British breeds including Traditional Beef shorthorn, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus. Our beef is dry aged matured for a minimum of 35 days in a Himalayan salt brick chamber. The beef contains high level of marbling which is unique to the breeds involved in selection that consistently deliver a high standard of flavour, succulence and tenderness.
